the hotel offers a wide variety of food in its main restaurant. bathing in the red sea is fantastic, the hotel also provides corresponding support services. the gym and swimming pools are in excellent condition, i liked that.
the fridge in my room had a terrible stench. when i opened it, the smell was so disgusting! though the air conditioning wasn't working properly.

Excellent Stay at a Beautiful Resort

The rooms were clean and felt very cozy. The staff greeted everyone warmly, I found them very friendly. The hotel had five diverse restaurants and bars, they were both on the beach and within the hotel. I especially liked Antika restaurant, it had great oriental flavors and food presentation.
The gym had limited hours , made it difficult to use after dinner.

The hotel offers a great variety of food, including three restaurants in addition to the main dining area. I especially appreciated the coral reef near the beach. It was beautiful. The gym is well equipped and I found it easy to maintain my workout routine. I found everything very clean and well-kept..
The bus service around the area can be a bit slow during peak times.

The hotel staff was very helpful and kind. I was supported with early arrival and late check-out to stay for few hours in another room. The cleaning staff made towel animals, a very nice touch.

This hotel has a large area with several levels and many stairs. A bus provides transportation around the area. There are multiple pools, as well as restaurants with varied cuisine and beautiful views, ensuring all needs are met.

The air conditioning in the room was not effective! the room felt stuffy. I reported it, BUT maintenance didn't fix it . This made sleeping difficult. The mini-fridge had an unpleasant odor. I couldn't store drinks, SO that was disappointing.

The staff at the reception was very friendly. Ibrahim provided great help. The food offered much choice and tasted delicious. There is a wonderful spa with good massages too.
The variety of alcohol was limited as is typical in Egyptian hotels. I found too many families with children. Kids were splashing water from decorative pools, and tossing sand while I sunbathed. Parents did not supervise them. This disturbed me as a couple seeking relaxation.

My beautiful double room sea view had two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. I found the room service very prompt. My requests were fulfilled quickly. The mini bar was restocked daily with water and soft drinks. This was a nice touch. Staff brought a cake to my room at midnight. It was a nice surprise for my birthday.
The gym equipment was a little dated.

Really good Service and Beautiful Grounds

The staff demonstrated excellent service I found Mohammed at reception particularly helpful he welcomed us warmly and efficiently resolved issues his friendly attitude. I enjoyed walking through the big resort with its beautiful gardens I especially liked the natural views on the hotel.
I found the air conditioning inadequate the room felt too warm This made relaxing difficult I hope they improve this soon.
